Venture Shuttles Operations Agreement
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In consideration of being allowed to participate, hire and use in any way in one or more VENTURE SHUTTLES, LLC [hereinafter “VENTURE SHUTTLES”] Services [the term “Services” refers to and means, transportation, ride, shuttle and any other method of transportation of your person and/or equipment] I acknowledge and agree that:

Definitions. “Customers” and “Customer”shall be defined as a person or business that purchases ANY service from Venture Shuttles. Venture Shuttles Operators and Drivers shall be referred to as “Operators” or “Drivers” and shall be defined as persons driving Customers and/or their luggage or equipment as part of business operations of Venture Shuttles.

Reservations. Reservations are held only for the specific time and date booked. Venture Shuttles is not responsible for Customer errors or no shows. Any changes to the reservation must be approved by contacting Venture Shuttles at contact@ventureshuttles.com. Changes may result in additional fees or rate adjustments.

Grace period. There will be a 15 minute grace period extended to both Customers and Drivers to arrive at designated location. “Day of” contact information is requested to keep each other informed of unexpected delays and location issues.

Gear and Luggage Allowance: If you are bringing backpacks and/or other items, please indicate size and number of items. Space is limited. Transporting items, such as luggage, skis or equipment may result in scratches, dings, and nicks. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any belongings brought in the vehicle are securely packed and fastened, and that breakable items are well protected. Customers are financially responsible for all damages caused by their belongings. Customers are expected to load heavy personal items into storage compartment or trunk.

Lost Items. Venture Shuttles and/or its Drivers are also not liable for lost items left behind in the vehicle by a customer. However, Venture Shuttles would like to help Customers reunite with lost items whenever possible. If an item is lost, notify the driver or Venture Shuttles immediately.

Cancellations: Customers may cancel with a full refund 31 days before date of reservation. A partial 50% refund will be given if cancellation is within 30 days and at least two weeks prior to reservation date. A cancellation less than two weeks is almost impossible to rebook and therefore no refunds are permitted.

Unforeseen Delays. Traffic delays, accidents, storms or other acts of God may hinder Venture Shuttles, LLC scheduled pick up times or total drive time and rates. Venture Shuttles is not responsible for such delays or its consequences.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Venture Shuttles and its members, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees), arising out of, in connection with, or related to: your use of the Services or services obtained through your use of the Services; your breach or violation of any of these Terms; or your violation of the rights of any third party, including Operators. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture Shuttles shall not be liable for special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Assumption of Risk. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF ANY VENTURE SHUTTLE Services, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES (as defined in the next paragraph) or others and assume full responsibility for my participation and/or hiring.

Disclosure. The limitations and disclaimer in these terms do not purport to limit liability or alter your rights as a consumer that cannot be limited or altered under applicable law. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdiction, Venture Shuttles’ liability will be limited to the extent of permitted by law.
